2. WHAT WE DO ABOUT YOUR DATA
Our website is addressed to people who are at least 18 years of age, so we do not willingly process children's data. When you visit our website, we process the following data regarding you:
2.1 Use of the website
2.2 When you subscribe to our newsletter
2.3 When using the contact form
2.4 When reporting a message or posting an opinion through the comments section
2.5 Data processed by Google Doubleclick for Publishers (DFP)
2.1 Use of the website
2.2 When you subscribe to our newsletter
When you subscribe to our newsletter we will process your email address for this purpose. The legal basis for processing is your consent. We make sure that you have a simple option to unsubscribe at any time, whether in the proper communication or by contacting us as specified in Section 6. When you unsubscribe, the newsletter communication ceases. The email address will be shared with the email submitter solution provider. The data are not transferred outside the European Union.
2.3 When using the contact form
You can send us messages via the contact form on the website. If you use this method, we will process your name, phone number, email address, message, and department to be able to read your message and respond if necessary. Data is stored in Romania.
2.4 When you tell us a story or send an opinion through comments
You can report information about events that you think might be news and would be of interest for display on the website. The name, email address, phone number, message sent and, if applicable, file uploaded, are collected to verify the information you have received and, if necessary, to contact you in case you need to provide us with more details. You can either leave a message, either upload a file (photos, videos or documents), or both. Data is processed in our legitimate interest in ensuring the right to free expression and information. Data is not transferred outside the European Union.
2.5 Data processed by Google Doubleclick for Publishers (DFP) Within our website, we have various ad slots, the content of which is occupied by DFP. This site works through the ad target cookies explained in the cookie section. Please note at the outset that you may choose not to be part of Google's advertising targeting service on any website, including ours, by parsing the steps described at https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/ # 2662922 stop_goog_p13n. Within this service, Google Inc. is an operator (so there is a transfer of your data from us as an operator to Google as an operator), but that does not mean that Google may use your data further than the delivery of advertising on our site and improving service.
We use DFP to deliver your advertising in a more efficient way, tailored to your interests. Terminal identifiers, such as cookies, are used in DFP to prevent users from viewing the same ad multiple times to detect and stop click fraud, and to display ads that may be more relevant to you ( such as site-based ads you've visited). Google uses the data for related purposes, which you can read at https://support.google.com/dfp_premium/answer/7670381.
2.5.2 Data processed through DFP
DFP is a platform for potential advertisers to bid in real-time to display their ad in banners on our site. To do this, Google sends a series of data to prospective bidders via the real-time bidding feature so that they decide whether they want to broadcast an ad to the user, and if so, which ad to show and how much they want to bid. The information that is distributed to prospective bidders is: • The web page address; • Category of that page (for example, "Sports News") and its language; • The type of browser and device that the user uses and the screen size of the device; • The approximate location of the user (the exact location is not distributed, but the area approximates one square kilometer) • truncated version of the user's IP address, which potential bidders can use for purposes such as determining the approximate geography of users for themselves; and as a sign of protection against advertising fraud; • For webpages, an encrypted cookie identifier that is unique to the prospective bidder and which helps a bidder who has his own cookie in the user's browser to access any other information he has associated with that cookie for example, based on that cookie, the bidder may know that the user is a woman interested in a particular sport). The way potential bidders use this information is limited by Google's rules, which you can read at https://www.google.com/doubleclick/adxbuyer/guidelines.html. A posted ad record of ads is retained by Google, separately for logged-in and offline users. These server logs typically include the user's web request, IP address, browser type, browser language, date and time of requesting an ad and one or more cookies (on the website), or an ad ID (in-app) that can uniquely identify your browser or mobile device. IP addresses are anonymized by Google in two steps, partly after 9 months and total after 18 months. Cookie and advertising ID data is also used to detect and prevent advertising ad fraud and to ensure that users do not see ads they have blocked in the past. In these cases, or if Google stores these data on behalf of its customers (for example, in Google Analytics), data may be stored for periods longer than those specified above.
2.5.3 Recipient of DFP-processed data
For the above purpose, DFP processed data is transferred to Google Inc in the United States. Google acts as our distinct operator. Data protection is ensured by Google's Privacy Shield.
2.5.4 How long we store the data The data is processed for the period set by Google, and it differs depending on whether you are logged into your Google Account or not. If you're signed in to your Google Account (which also happens if you use your Google Account to log in to your app), the processing time is subject to the rules of your Google Account. If you are not logged in to your Google Account, your data is processed by the date the cookies expire or delete (see details in the cookie section), or until the date you turn off advertising customization in Google Ads Settings - https://support.google.com/ads/answer/2662856. 2.5.5 Legal Matter for Processing DFP Service is only active when you agree to this from the Cookie Dialing Dialog, the required level being that of targeted advertising cookies. Keep in mind, though, if you refuse to place these cookies, you will still see advertising on our site, but one that is not suited to your interests.

In such cases, if we can not identify you as a target person, we can not respond to your request under this section unless you provide us with additional information that will allow us to identify you. We will inform you and give you the opportunity to provide us with such additional details. • Exercise of Your Rights: In order to exercise your rights, please contact us in writing (including electronically) with the contact details provided in section 6 below.
