Data is not transferred outside the European Union.

2.5 Data processed by Google Doubleclick for Publishers (DFP) Within our website, we have various ad slots, the content of which is occupied by DFP. This site works through the ad target cookies explained in the cookie section. Please note at the outset that you may choose not to be part of Google's advertising targeting service on any website, including ours, by parsing the steps described at https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/ # 2662922 stop_goog_p13n. Within this service, Google Inc. is an operator (so there is a transfer of your data from us as an operator to Google as an operator), but that does not mean that Google may use your data further than the delivery of advertising on our site and improving service.

2.5.1 Purpose

We use DFP to deliver your advertising in a more efficient way, tailored to your interests. Terminal identifiers, such as cookies, are used in DFP to prevent users from viewing the same ad multiple times to detect and stop click fraud, and to display ads that may be more relevant to you ( such as site-based ads you've visited). Google uses the data for related purposes, which you can read at https://support.google.com/dfp_premium/answer/7670381.

2.5.2 Data processed through DFP

DFP is a platform for potential advertisers to bid in real-time to display their ad in banners on our site. To do this, Google sends a series of data to prospective bidders via the real-time bidding feature so that they decide whether they want to broadcast an ad to the user, and if so, which ad to show and how much they want to bid. The information that is distributed to prospective bidders is: • The web page address; • Category of that page (for example, "Sports News") and its language; • The type of browser and device that the user uses and the screen size of the device; • The approximate location of the user (the exact location is not distributed, but the area approximates one square kilometer) • truncated version of the user's IP address, which potential bidders can use for purposes such as determining the approximate geography of users for themselves; and as a sign of protection against advertising fraud; • For webpages, an encrypted cookie identifier that is unique to the prospective bidder and which helps a bidder who has his own cookie in the user's browser to access any other information he has associated with that cookie for example, based on that cookie, the bidder may know that the user is a woman interested in a particular sport). The way potential bidders use this information is limited by Google's rules, which you can read at https://www.google.com/doubleclick/adxbuyer/guidelines.html. A posted ad record of ads is retained by Google, separately for logged-in and offline users. These server logs typically include the user's web request, IP address, browser type, browser language, date and time of requesting an ad and one or more cookies (on the website), or an ad ID (in-app) that can uniquely identify your browser or mobile device. IP addresses are anonymized by Google in two steps, partly after 9 months and total after 18 months. Cookie and advertising ID data is also used to detect and prevent advertising ad fraud and to ensure that users do not see ads they have blocked in the past. In these cases, or if Google stores these data on behalf of its customers (for example, in Google Analytics), data may be stored for periods longer than those specified above.

2.5.3 Recipient of DFP-processed data

For the above purpose, DFP processed data is transferred to Google Inc in the United States. Google acts as our distinct operator. Data protection is ensured by Google's Privacy Shield.

2.5.4 How long we store the data The data is processed for the period set by Google, and it differs depending on whether you are logged into your Google Account or not. If you're signed in to your Google Account (which also happens if you use your Google Account to log in to your app), the processing time is subject to the rules of your Google Account. If you are not logged in to your Google Account, your data is processed by the date the cookies expire or delete (see details in the cookie section), or until the date you turn off advertising customization in Google Ads Settings - https://support.google.com/ads/answer/2662856. 2.5.5 Legal Matter for Processing DFP Service is only active when you agree to this from the Cookie Dialing Dialog, the required level being that of targeted advertising cookies. Keep in mind, though, if you refuse to place these cookies, you will still see advertising on our site, but one that is not suited to your interests.

In such cases, if we can not identify you as a target person, we can not respond to your request under this section unless you provide us with additional information that will allow us to identify you. 7. COOKIES
7.1 What are we and why do we use cookies? Cookies are text files placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit our website. Your first party cookies are set to the domains you are currently visiting. Third party cookies are set to domains other than those of the websites you visit, such as cookies set by services used by the domain you are visiting. The information collected by cookies does not retain the names, the data filled in the forms or other personal data of this kind, but they contain a unique ID to distinguish one visitor from another, which makes this ID personal. Cookies can be used for various purposes. First of all, it may be necessary to ensure the proper functioning of the website. For example, without cookies, it can be difficult for the website to remember that you are logged in or added products to your shopping cart. These are called necessary cookies, and are automatically active, and are not subject to the consent of the visitor. We also included cookies placed to display non-personalized ads (which keep an ad posted), as well as those that measure our audience on the site (but not including demographics or audience segmentation), because without measuring traffic, our site can not be profitable, and privacy rules are not intended to block the display of advertising. Analysis cookies collect information about how visitors use a web page, such as which pages are most popular, which method of linking pages is most effective and whether users receive error messages from webpages . These cookies allow us to provide our users with a high-quality user experience to help improve the way our web site works, as well as demographic segmentation of the audience, which is further used in personalizing advertising if this purpose is allowed. Thirdly, when integrating social network plug-ins into social networking sites, they place social media cookies to allow content playback (eg youtube, soundcloud, libsyn) to enable you to log in using a third party service (such as Facebook or Google) as well as giving you the opportunity to appreciate or distribute a page or product to your favorite social media service. A fourth important reason we use cookies is to enable personalization of online advertising. Personalizing advertising is the way the online industry is working now and that allows websites not to charge visitors fees but to fund advertising. Advertisers are interested in reaching the relevant audience categories for their products and services, which means selecting certain categories of visitors to display those ads. Typically, by selecting those categories, brands do not process personal data, but the profile that is created for visitors is based on data collected through advertising profiling cookies. As these cookies are placed by our controlled services (but not by the advertiser), it results that profiling (which is a personal data processing) through these cookies is performed by us as a data carrier. You may choose not to be profiled by Google for advertising by visiting https://www.google.com/settings/ads.

7.2 What cookies do we use? The cookies placed when you visit our site are as follows:

Site performance cookies

Visitor analysis cookies

Cookies for geotargeting: These cookies can come from the following third parties: Google Analytics, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube

Performance cookies: This type of cookie retains the user's preferences on this site, so they no longer need to be set at each site visit.

Visitor Visitors Cookies: Whenever a user visits this site, third-party analytics software generates a user's analysis cookie. This cookie tells us if you have visited this site so far. The browser will tell us if you have this cookie, and if not, we will generate one. It allows monitoring of unique users who visit us and how often they do it.

Geotargetting Cookies: These cookies are used by software that determines where you come from. It is completely anonymous and is used only to target the content - even when you are on our page in Romanian or in another language you receive the same advertisement.

What type of information is stored and accessed through cookies?

Cookies keep information in a small text file that allows a website to recognize a browser. The Webserver will recognize the browser until the cookie expires or is deleted. The cookie stores important information that enhances browsing experience on the Internet.

7.3 Your cookie options

Cookie options are configurable within our site - you can choose the desired level, the default is to only accept the necessary cookies. Using these settings on our site may not delete the cookies already set. You can delete cookies from your web browser settings as described below; however, this option removes persistent cookies that could store your personalized preferences and settings on our page, which will lead to the need to re-select (and eventually re-authenticate your accounts). Note also that your browser can allow you to specify which websites always have or never have permission to use cookies. You can find more details on how to delete cookies or how to manage cookies on different browsers by visiting the links below: Cookie settings in Internet Explorer Cookie settings in Firefox Cookies settings in Chrome Cookie settings in Safari web and iOS.
